Ukraine\u2019s president has condemned a Russian attack that the region\u2019s governor said killed at least six people and wounded 16 in Kharkiv, Ukraine\u2019s second city, as \u201cdespicable and cynical\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said a block of flats had been \u201ctotally destroyed\u201d in Wednesday night\u2019s attack, which he said \u201chad no justification and shows the powerlessness of the aggressor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe will not forgive, we will take revenge\u201d, he wrote on the Telegram app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The raid started a fire in the building in the northeastern city, Mayor Igor Terekhov said on Telegram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zelenskyy\u2019s media team shared footage of the aftermath of the attack, showing emergency services gathered outside the blazing building. A voice on the video described the scene and said many people remained unaccounted for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
