He had arrived in the United Arab Emirates on Friday from <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/alerts\/SaudiArabia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Saudi Arabia<\/a> after traveling there last week from London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said he wished the situation in the country had improved in his absence.
