Despite you, I and the political class, the vast majority of Americans are not paying attention to the election,\u201d said Erik Nisbet, a professor of policy analysis and communications at Northwestern University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPeople don\u2019t tune in until September,\u201d he told Al Jazeera. \u201cAt this point though, it\u2019s important to get your narratives out.
