The Traffic Division of the Royal Bhutan Police notifies the general public on following traffic restrictions during the Royal Visit of Their Majesties the King and Queen of Thailand to Bhutan from 25\u201328 April, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Thimphu\u2013Paro Highway: Traffic Freeze<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 On 25 April all types of vehicles: Restricted from 08:00 hrs to 11:00 hrs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 On 28 April all types of vehicles: Restricted from 10:30 hrs to 13:00 hrs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Expressway Closure<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 April 25: 11:00 hrs \u2013 13:00 hrs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 April 28: 10:30 hrs \u2013 11:30 hrs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.Norzin Lam will be closed from the night of April 24 until 13:00 hrs on April 25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Handicrafts Road (Chubachu Roundabout to Hotel Pemako) will remain closed from April 25 to 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Core City& Other Routes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Expect frequent vehicle movement freezes and diversions between April 25\u201328.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
