ISTANBUL, May 28 – Drone attacks were reported on three tankers in the Black Sea \u200bon Thursday near Turkey’s northern coast, \u200cshipping agency Tribeca said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The tanker James II, sailing under the Palau flag and in \u200bballast, was some 50 miles (80 km) \u200bnorth of the Turkeli Area in the \u2060Black Sea when the incident occurred, \u200bthe agency said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The tankers Altura and \u200bVelora, sailing under the Sierra Leone flag and in ballast, were reportedly attacked in a nearby \u200barea while doing a ship-to-ship operation, \u200bthe agency also said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Coastal safety boats were sent to \u200cthe \u2060scene for assistance and all crew members in the tankers were reported in good condition, the agency said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
